The Darlington numbers for Sunday night are about what one would expect for a race that features an intermediate with high-wear tire conditions. Again, Chase Elliott is in the Owners Playoffs not the drivers. Thankfully, the Bovada online betting sportsbook unloads some solid numbers and not just on the playoff racers.

Saturday qualifying expects to be quite interesting and Mostly Sunny with pleasant weather is likely with temperatures dropping through the 70’s.
NASCAR Darlington Bets come in with the early first leg scenarios. Now, the 16 drivers in the playoffs have as many as 36 bonus points (see William Byron and Martin Truex Jr.). Then, there is Bubba Wallace who has zero. However, all a driver has to do is win one of the next three races and they automatically advance to the “Round Of 12.” Yes, it is that simple. After that, then the points have to be worried about.
So, last summer’s race was quite the chaotic event. Ultimately, Erik Jones took home his second win in four years on the track with a surprise shocker. Most expected a Toyota or a Ford, but instead it was the Chevy. Also, Jones was a former member of Joe Gibbs Racing. That being said, do not expect that this year. Legacy Motor Club has not even sniffed victory lane all season. This is a race for those who are best on intermediates and high-tire wear conditions.
Again, Darlington is a 79-foot wide egg-shaped track that can turn ugly at any time. While it’s not the carnage of Daytona, the 1.366-mile track provides its own surprises. Take a look at Martin Truex Jr. (+550 on BetUS). The No. 19 Joe Gibbs Racing car has been one of the fastest the past three times there. However, he has not finished. Despite that, he still has led 682 laps since 2020. That leads all NASCAR drivers.
VegasBetting got pushed into some good results last week. It was a lucky week as several of our top drivers made the grade. Also, overtime and that big wreck did get Bubba Wallace into the playoffs. His future bet early in the season cashed in. What other bets might make some extra dollars at Darlington this Labor Day Weekend?
NASCAR Darlington bets do not expect an overtime on Sunday night. Okay, this is a track where lots of attrition can happen but the final stage is often a hair more predictable. Again, racers that like high-speed and technical courses with a lot of tire wear simply thrive here barring accidents.
Darlington is a unique track with its design and different banking angles (25 in Turns 1 and 2, 23 in Turns 3 and 4). Some compare it a bit to Dover but the tendency is to look at Homestead and Auto Club too. Darlington is very demanding and thankfully the summer heat should calm enough to provide an entertaining Sunday night of racing. It is also another race where qualifying does not matter as much as negotiating the field.
Now, the reason why some drivers saw their numbers shorten at Darlington is because of past results. There expects to some racers who have to get hot sometime. One again is likely to be Truex Jr., who has been about as unlucky at Darlington as anyone. Then, there is Ross Chastain of Trackhouse Racing. He struggled mightily lately, has only one win on the season, and yet bettors and pundits are high on him for Darlington.
Naturally, with the playoffs starting, we find out if Chastain and his team were just tinkering with his car or the problems are deeper. Taking a shot for Truex Jr to do well is nice but at +500 to +550, that provides little value. Instead, going with some risk and the No. 1 car could pay off. Chastain was fastest late in runs at Darlington. Some might be because he is fast enough to win.
Vegas betting site bonuses get us ready for Labor Day Weekend. With expecting a dash of the unexpected, the NASCAR Darlington Betting Picks can consider a few longer-shot drivers. Chris Buescher paid off for us last week as he got a considerable push from teammate Brad Keselowski.
Yes, stage structure (115-115-137) feeds into longer runs early and late. The key is again towards the end. Will racers that had issues in the Spring be there on Sunday night? That figures to change some variables but again Chris Buescher at +2000 has to be considered. He has been red hot and won last week around +2400. What about Chase Elliott at +1600 on BetUS? Elliott finished fourth last week and was inches from getting around Buescher.
The NASCAR Darlington wagers like a few more cars. No one has considered Kevin Harvick and bettors could get him around +1500. Outside of one lucky DNF, Harvick’s average finish is 3.1 over the previous nine races. A podium or even top-five prop is possible too. However, here we go for the win.
NASCAR Darlington Bets for VegasBetting looks to Ross Chastain for a miracle win.
