Sometimes Las Vegas just has a way of merging ideas and making a much better creation. As always, at Vegas Betting, we have the latest local news on what is a new Las Vegas experiencevia Blue Wire.
Oh, that news is Wynn Las Vegas marrying the worlds of sports podcasts, betting, and fans in a way that keeps fans engaged.
Blue Wire and Wynn Las Vegas
Some thought this idea of Wynn Las Vegas and BlueWire joining forces was not the greatest. It would not ever come to fruition. Yet last week, via WynnBet, sports podcasts indeed launched from inside Wynn Las Vegas.
The best way to look at Blue Wire and this merger of sorts is this. Kevin Jones, co-founder of Blue Wire offered how far Vegas has come in this (particularly Wynn Las Vegas).
““This used to be a jewelry shop,” said Blue Wire co-founder Kevin Jones. “The Wynn design team is unreal and turned this area into our studio.”

The atmosphere at the new studio is undeniable as the design has drawn the passer-by and their curiosity. From what executives have noted, people do not look away and WynnBet definitely made a sizeable commitment.
How much was that commitment for Wynn Las Vegas? That $3.5 million investment included a floor-to-glass studio. Again, fans can see everything. There are different scopes for the 175 podcasts that will be produced insides the Las Vegas hotel.
This is just a tiny example of why Vegas is what it is. In the summertime or almost anytime, one can see anything and a variety of events. Now, Vegas residents and others can get their fix of sports podcasts and sports gambling podcasts alike. The constant goal is simple and that is to engage the minds of the sports bettor.
With Blue Wire now in Las Vegas, the sports betting world is married further into the podcast world.
Blue Wire, Wynn Las Vegas a True Sports Betting Union
From looking at this in several ways, the two worlds made too much sense not to merge. These are those who are keen on betting, like Bovada, who have embraced this thoroughly. Think of this as VSIN but in an even more accessible way. Blue Wire and Wynn Las Vegas have committed to something that may truly have some staying power.
Looking into the studio and more, the realization that this was not a lightly-taken project resonated quickly. There is even a green room for on-air talent and celebrities alike. Nothing was spared on this venture and the results show.
Again, the focus is simple here. Keep the sports betting public in the loop while providing entertaining and visual value. That is just what Blue Wire and Wynn Las Vegas bring to the table.
By last week, the podcasts were going live on a more full-time basis. It is part of the recovery and innovation that is quintessential in Las Vegas.
Obviously, sports betting is a huge part of the focus here. It goes on behind the scenes as Blue Wire keeps looking to add more podcasts, personalities, and more. It only adds speculation that more is to come. After all, most forget that Blue Wire did not sign a one or two-year deal. It is a three-year content commitment from Wynn Las Vegas.
A Sports Podcast in the Wynn Las Vegas Studio
Again, people understand the merging of entertainment and the sports world in Las Vegas. There just happens to be one of the better football podcasts now live from the new studio from Blue Wire and the Wynn Las Vegas hotel.
The fun part is seeing podcasts like the “Sports Gambling Podcast”. For those wondering, this is not a fly-by-night podcast. They are now in their tenth year. Sean Green and Ryan Kramer definitely understand the visual along with what is heard.
The one big thing is that visual. Their football arm of the podcast is a big focus over the next several months but the two podcasters focus on every major sport and then some. With the advent of the NFL season last Thursday, Green was seen sporting a Philadelphia Eagles baseball-style t-shirt. Kramer naturally had a rival Giants’ Saquon Barkley jersey.
If that was not enough, there does seem that an increasing sense of more and more podcasts entering the fray in Las Vegas in 2022.
Now, the heavy focus of marrying sports information with legal betting is a prominent part of their podcast. They embrace the wave as a betting upswing grows in Vegas. After all, the NFL is the huge draw in betting returns this time of year.
What else may follow for Blue Wire and Wynn Las Vegas?
It’s quite an excellent question. The answer expects to come into focus in time as people from Blue Wire and Wynn Las Vegas expressed. They hope that the COVID impacts will lessen in time.
Again, the goal of these sports podcasts, sports betting, and the hotel is this. They are about attracting more business — whether it be by more visitors, word of mouth, more people staying there, etc. Kevin Jones and Blue Wire make it clear that they are around for the long haul in developing as the sports podcast scene in Las Vegas continues to grow.
The content producers are expanding. BetMGM and The Athletic have partnered up, Circa has done the same with the aforementioned VSIN. It is paramount that sports betting, gaming, and “takes” are part of the Vegas vernacular.
Just saddle up. Blue Wire and Wynn Las Vegas expect to see even more podcasts come 2022.
