There will be tons of pressure on Allen Lazard to step in as the team’s new No. 1 receiver. Luckily for him, he’s got Rodgers throwing him the ball. Despite climbing in age a bit, Rodgers remains without question a superstar player. He’s got a cannon for a right arm, and he’ll have Green Bay in the Super Bowl hunt this year. As for the Vikings, this team has loads of offensive weapons, but there are plenty of question marks defensively. On offense, though, Minnesota is led by Kirk Cousins, Justin Jefferson, and others. Jefferson is one of the most exciting young wideouts in the game, and he’ll hopes to have another big year. The Green Bay secondary will have its hands full trying to contain him.

One of the big questions fans have on their minds is can the Giants stun the Titans in Week 1? This is a battle that people have been focused on for a little while, as the Giants have a new-look team. No one has forgotten about the NFC East side going 4-13 last year, which was a major disappointment. The squad has since parted ways with former head coach Joe Judge and hired Brian Daboll.
There’s loads of promise for this Giants 2022 team, though, as quarterback Daniel Jones looked strong in the preseason. Not only that, but Saquon Barkley looks like a completely new man. He’s got his confidence back and will be ready to make plays on the ground and through the air. The upgraded offensive line should help out both those guys too.
With the Titans, Derrick Henry is arguably the best running back in the game. He’s a force and not easy to bring down. He’ll look to start the season off the right way and record at least 100 yards. Ryan Tannehill is also a steady QB, and with the Giants secondary having its issues, it could be a long day for the Giants’ defense. This one could be quite the battle.

On paper, Tennessee is the better team, and its fans will hope to rattle the Giants from start to finish come Sept. 11. However, too many people are sleeping on the Giants. Lastly, Tom Brady and the Bucs should take down the Cowboys at AT&T Stadium. This is a primetime matchup, and Dallas fans can’t wait to try and get inside of Brady’s head. That’s much easier said than done, as the future Hall-of-Fame quarterback isn’t easy to rattle. The Tampa Bay offense and defense are far superior to Dallas, with the Cowboys having plenty of question marks. It was an offseason to forget for this squad and Mike McCarthy.
For Dallas, they’re hoping CeeDee Lamb can fill the void now that Amari Cooper is with the Cleveland Browns. Also, star offensive lineman Tyron Smith suffered a serious injury and will be out for a little while. This is terrible news for Dak Prescott and Ezekiel Elliott. This could be a game to forget for the Cowboys. The Bucs are our pick to win this contest. Look for Brady to have a huge game and help Tampa Bay start 1-0.
