2025 Pro Bowl Schedule
Below is a look at the schedule of the two days of events:
Thursday, Jan. 30
Passing the Test: Quarterbacks will have 40 seconds to hit targets scattered across the field, each with varying point values. Prior to starting, each QB selects a teammate to answer five trivia questions about current Pro Bowlers. Each correct answer adds 10 seconds to the QB’s time. The QB with the highest score earns the win for their team.
Satisfying Catches: A wide receiver, tight end, and defensive back from each conference take on an obstacle course involving catches from a jugs machine at three distances. Teams will complete the course in succession, with the combined fastest time determining the winner.
Relay Race: Four players from each conference participate in a relay event where each runs a 40-yard dash, handing the football to the next teammate until the final player crosses the finish line. The fastest team across three rounds wins.
Helmet Harmony: In this trivia-based game show, players answer questions to test their knowledge of teammates. Each correct answer earns one point, and the team with the most points claims victory.
Dodgeball: A three-round classic dodgeball tournament pits AFC offensive, defensive, and special teams players against their NFC counterparts. Teams of five players compete to crown a dodgeball champion.
Sunday, Feb. 2
Punt Perfect: A punter and a non-punter from each conference aim to land punts into six buckets placed in the end zone. Buckets are worth one point each, with every fifth point granting three points. The team with the highest combined score wins.
The Great Football Race: Six players per conference tackle a relay-style competition that spans five challenges, finishing with a sled push. The first team to cross the finish line wins.
Tug-of-War: Five players from each conference engage in a classic tug-of-war competition above a foam pit. The best-of-three contest ends when a team pulls their opponents into the pit twice.
7-on-7 Flag Football: A full game of 7-on-7 flag football unfolds on a 50-yard field with 10-yard end zones. Each quarter features high-speed action. Scoring plays earn six points, with one-point conversions attempted from the 5-yard line and two-point conversions from the 10-yard line.
Pro Bowl Teams
Six NFL teams are sending a minimum of five players to Orlando for the flag football game, set to take place on Feb. 2 at Nicholson Fieldhouse at the University of Central Florida. Leading the pack are the Baltimore Ravens, who have a league-high nine Pro Bowl selections, including four starters: quarterback Lamar Jackson, running back Derrick Henry, fullback Patrick Ricard, wide receiver Zay Flowers, center Tyler Linderbaum, defensive tackle Nnamdi Madubuike, linebacker Roquan Smith, cornerback Marlon Humphrey, and safety Kyle Hamilton.
The Detroit Lions follow closely with seven Pro Bowlers, while the Minnesota Vikings and Philadelphia Eagles each boast six. The Kansas City Chiefs and Dallas Cowboys round out the list with five Pro Bowl representatives apiece.
