With the National Basketball Association in full swing, the contests this month have been nothing short of epic. Fans have loved seeing the best players in the world really do their things. More of the same is on the way this weekend, with some good matchups coming. In this piece, we’ve got NBA picks for the best games including Bulls vs. Warriors. Which side will end up getting the win?
Warriors will look to silence the Bulls in this matchup
This game will feature two of the best teams in the league right now and the Warriors will look to silence the Bulls in this matchup. Both sides are loaded with star power, as they’ve also been able to get off to hot starts. Historically, both of these teams are dominant, and they’ve got all their combined NBA Finals titles to back that up. For Golden State, this has really been a bounce-back year thus far.
The Warriors have dealt with so many injuries after going on their impressive stretch where they won three NBA Finals. Last season was a year to forget, though, as Klay Thompson once again missed the season, this time with a torn Achilles. He missed the year before with a torn ACL. It’s been clear just how much Steph Curry misses Thompson out on the floor with him. Thus far, though, Curry has been great and the Warriors are looking like real contenders.
The same can be said for the Bulls, as Chicago is near the top of the Eastern Conference standings. The team has been led by both DeMar DeRozan and Zach Lavine, with the two superstar players looking like All-Stars right now. They’re both averaging well over 25 points per ball game, which has been great to see. Lonzo Ball has also impressed for Chicago too, which has fans fired up.
While the best Las Vegas sportsbooks are yet to reveal the NBA Vegas odds for this one, you’ve got to figure that Golden State will be ready to put on a show when the two squads meet up on Friday night. Curry has been red hot from the floor. Chicago will look to do everything possible to try and contain the Warriors, but we don’t think they’ll be able to get that done. Golden State is our pick.
Celtics vs. Bucks will be a game to remember for fans
In another massive meeting, the Celtics vs. Bucks will be a game to remember for fans across the country. While the two teams haven’t gotten off to a strong start, they also feature so much star talent on the team and they figure to make plenty of noise once the postseason arrives. Remember, the Bucks won the NBA Finals last season, with Giannis Antetokounmpo leading the way.
Speaking of Antetokounmpo, the former MVP and Milwaukee traveled to the White House this week to visit with Joe Biden. It was the first time since 2016 that an NBA Finals winning team tripped to Washington D.C. to meet with the president. Now, Milwaukee will have plenty of confidence leading up to the showdown with Boston on Friday night as well.
Meanwhile, for the Celtics, it’s really surprising that they’ve gotten off to a slow start too. Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum have been tremendous, averaging more than 20 points per contest for Boston. Despite that, the Celtics have struggled on both ends of the floor, which has them in this kind of a position. In order for them to beat Milwaukee, they’ll have to step things up.
So, what will end up happening? It will be on Antetokounmpo to try and right the ship here and help Milwaukee leave the stadium on Friday with a win. Boston is hoping to try and get things going too, and a win over Milwaukee would certainly help them in doing so. We don’t think that will be the case, as we’re going with the Bucks as our pick. NBA fans are excited for the game between the Heat and Jazz
Last but not least, NBA fans are excited for the game between the Heat and Jazz coming up on Saturday night. The Miami Heat have been one of the most pleasant surprises in the league this year. Also, this team has seen Jimmy Butler once again showcase why he’s one of the best players around. Butler can score from all over the floor and make defenders look silly.
With that said, the Utah Jazz is also very impressive, with Donovan Mitchell and Rudy Gobert powering things. With Mitchell, he leads the team with more than 25 points per game. Mitchell really is also a special player and he’s loved by fans all over the place. Gobert is a key defender and his ability to rebound the ball is unmatched. He’s averaging more than 15 boards a night. That’s insane.
In what should be a back-and-forth affair, both the Jazz and Heat will exchange plenty of blows from the opening tip. Look for Butler to lead the way for Miami, while Mitchell will be ready to shoot lights out as well. While we think this is going to be a really close game, we’re going with Miami as our pick.
