Duran Duran Comeback
Prepare for swift sellouts as iconic 1980s rock band Duran Duran makes a comeback to the Strip. The band is set to perform two shows on May 3 and 4 at the Encore Theater in Wynn Las Vegas.
This return marks a celebration of Duran Duran’s 16th album, “Danse Macabre,” featuring a mix of new songs, covers, and alternate versions of their classic hits.
The current lineup includes Simon LeBon, John Taylor, Roger Taylor, and Nick Rhodes.
The artist presale for Duran Duran’s upcoming shows at the Encore Theater begins on April 3 at 10 a.m. Pacific time. Following that, AEG and American Express Early Access presales will commence on April 4 at 10 a.m. Pacific through Ticketmaster.com.
Tickets will be available to the general public starting April 5 at 10 a.m. Pacific time.
The Encore Theater, with its 1,480-seat capacity, is among the smallest venues on Duran Duran’s tour.
However, as mentioned on their website, the band recently performed a benefit show on February 6 at the 500-seat The Guild Theatre in Menlo Park, Calif.
Duran Duran’s last performances on the Strip were two sold-out, two-night stands on Sept. 1 and 3 and Oct. 30 and 31, 2022, at the Encore Theater.
The band has a history of selling out shows in Las Vegas, including selling out the 2,050-seat The Joint at Hard Rock Cafe & Casino in just six minutes for a show scheduled on June 19, 2003, as announced in a previous press release.
Initially set to play their first U.S. concert together in 18 years on July 16, 2003, at the Pacific Amphitheatre in Costa Mesa, Calif., the band also added a second show at The Joint for July 17, 2003.

The 12th annual Great Vegas Festival of Beer is back and ready to celebrate with the community!
