Sometimes Las Vegas has a way of helping a business grow. All it takes is creativity and a whole lot of perseverance. That is how Marshawn Lynch views his burgeoning business. As always, at Vegas Betting, we have the latest news on a company that continues to keep growing and evolving.
A little background on Beast Mode
Some saw the name Marshawn Lynch and the connection to the store are obvious. After all, his nickname was “Beast Mode”. It made perfect sense once his playing career was over to transition into the business world. Actually, Lynch was doing that before his career truly ended.
Beast Mode has two locations that are doing very well. One is in Oakland, California and the other is in Seattle. Naturally, these are locations where Lynch played in the NFL. It makes a ton of sense to expand into Las Vegas. The reality is there was a store off the Vegas Strip but Lynch and his sister, Mareesha-Sapp Lynch had other plans. That original Vegas store was closed in late, 2019 in anticipation of the newer store being build and ready.
This is just a small illustration of what Lynch has meant not only to football but to the city of Oakland. At the time, few could have seen the benefit his Beast Mode store would have in the community and beyond. Marshawn Lynch would again quickly expand into Seattle and then into Las Vegas.
This started as a way for the former NFL player to pay back people and has grown into so much more. How much?
Beast Mode shows staying power in business world
From looking at this in several ways, the venture has been some undertaking. These are players who are keen on NFL Betting with a gleam in their eye but Lynch had his eye toward the business side and potential especially in Las Vegas. His sister shares the same vision.
“So many people visit Las Vegas every day,” she said. “Not everybody goes to Oakland or Seattle. But at least once in your lifetime, you will come to Las Vegas. So it’s only right. He has a whole fan base that’s all over the United States. But they’re almost guaranteed to come here once.”
Again, the intentions are simple. This is a store that is as much of an experience as a business. Lynch has cornered a unique space at The Shoppes at Mandalay Bay on the Vegas Strip.
Now, the store would have been opened several months sooner had it not been for the COVID-19 pandemic. Lynch and his sister wanted to wait until everything was right to open the business on the Strip. This was to give it the best chance possible to succeed. With COVID levels nowhere near as high as in the past few months, there was a window to open and the time was now.
However, there is one interesting aspect that cannot be overlooked. That is the player and his presence of course. Marshawn Lynch had plenty of things planned for this store that will make it unique.
Consider how hard it is to make it in Las Vegas and all of the “competition”.
Beast Mode will be an experience in more ways than one
Again, people know what the former NFL player brings to the business world but more importantly, there is that environment and experience which separates Lynch’s brand compared to other stores.
There is a Vegas Raiders store nearby and Allegiant Stadium is within walking distance. This will only add and enhance the experience.
Furthermore, Marshawn Lynch will have his first “Beast Mode Experience” from September 10th-13th in his Vegas store. It will feature a tailgate, Madden NFL video game tournament, club takeover, viewing party, and several other events designed to take advantage of the Vegas atmosphere.
However, the point of emphasis here is offering a spotlight again to the business and in conjunction with the opening of the 2021 NFL season. That opening weekend typically is one of the biggest boosts to an apparel business and the extras are part of why Lynch has been so successful.
If that was not enough, there are some rumors that the business could further expand. That has not been confirmed yet but Beast Mode is sure to be a success in Las Vegas.
Now, providing some last-minute tweaks, expect there to also look for more surprises as 2021 winds on. Maybe some NFL players could appear and Lynch is also involved in betting as far as Vegas.
What will come next for Beast Mode?
It’s a great question. The answer expects to come into focus in time as Lynch has put it. He is not in an immense rush other than to grow his brands in his three prime locations — Oakland, Seattle, and now Las Vegas.
The Beast Mode brand will only keep growing because Lynch is level-headed enough not to spread himself too thin. His sister Mareesha has established herself as an excellent general manager of his day-to-day operations. They may not always see eye to eye but their business vision is clearly in focus.
Again, this all fits into growing the brand presence of Beast Mode whether it is online, social media, or its three stores. Marshawn Lynch was a winner on the field and truly is even more of one in the business world.
