“Everything we have been doing over the past few years has been to grow and evolve the property and further enhance the customer experience,” M Resort Vice president and general manager Hussain Mahrous said in a press release about the expansion that’s on the way.
There’s no question that the customer experience has been improved, and adding yet another tower will open plenty of eyes. The M Resort is so appealing and highly popular because it’s so close to the strip. For a lot of people, the idea of staying in the heart of Sin City doesn’t get them as excited as it used to.
