Back to the Brentford Bees, the EPL has some interesting teams. Arguably, Brentford is not quite one of them. They give as good as they get — scoring 23 goals and allowing 26 goals. The Bees do have a 6-8-5 mark which includes a 2-2-1 stretch over the previous five contests. Brentford was able to defeat Aston Villa 2-1 on January 2nd.
The Saints enter this game as 1/2 goal favorites. Why? It is simple. Southampton has looked better in consecutive weeks while scoring five goals in the past two matches. Over in the land of London proper, the West Ham squad should easily defeat Norwich this Sunday from beautiful London Stadium in East London, England. Their margin of error has seemed to decrease of late. Despite that, they still rank fifth in the table with ten wins on six losses and four draws.
West Ham United bounced back, with big wins over Watford and Crystal Palace last week to get them away from falling back to .500. The even better news was their offense coming to life. They outscored the two teams by a combined 7-3. More importantly, that reset their goal differential back to +10 which was more like the form they showed earlier in the season.
With playing Norwich (20th in the table), the team is hoping to keep rolling. Most believe that West Ham United can win this match with ease. This EPL Weekday pick holds a little more interest than usual. Can the East Londoners avoid a trap here or will they power through Norwich like everyone and all of England expects?

Again with Crystal Palace, they are kind of in the same position table-wise (11th overall). Their creativity in the final attacking third makes them an intriguing target and their strikers and midfielders are a slight upgrade over Brighton. Even on the road, that should translate. It again comes down to execution.
Crystal Palace carries +305 odds to win outright. This expects to be a game where a late goal turns the tide. That leads us to pick the underdogs Friday.
